How we work
From first email to live site in 4 to 10 weeks.
A six-phase process, used on every build regardless of package. Timelines vary by package; the shape doesn't.
The six phases
Qualify & propose— First week
A 30-minute discovery call to understand the business, five short triage questions, and a fixed-price proposal sent within three business days. No quote without a conversation.
Research— 1–3 days
We read your reviews, watch your socials, look at your competitors, and form an opinion on what your website should do before we touch a design tool.
Content— Parallel to research
Two modes — cooperative (you send us the content) or covert (we build the first pass from what's public, then you fill gaps). Launch uses covert by default; Scale and up can be either.
Build— The bulk of wall-clock
One build in flight at a time. The site goes up on a staging URL with real content, real images, no lorem ipsum.
Demo & revise— 3–5 days
A 30–45 min walkthrough — usually on your phone, where 80% of your traffic actually is. Feedback captured, revisions done in one batch.
Handover & retainer— 2–5 days + ongoing
The site goes live on your domain. You get the repo, the credentials, and a short Loom explaining how to update it. The Website Care retainer starts Day 1 of live — that's where we stay useful.
